Each package is fully customizable and includes everything a couple needs for an amazing experience. The average cost of a wedding in Canada is roughly $30,714 — which is pretty steep. We believe weddings don’t have to be big, extravagant affairs. These days many couples are opting to go small, choosing to share their wedding day with only their closest family and friends. That is why our pop-up wedding packages start at $2,950 allowing couples to focus on what matters most to them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Never, never, never. An initial consultation is just as crucial to us as it is to you!  It’s super important to figure out which package or combination works best for you, and to have a chance to make sure that we click.  We will be spending a lot of time together so let’s get to know each other and make sure that there’s no question left unanswered so we can get right to work for you.

We allocate two hours from start to finish with 30-minutes for the ceremony, 30-minutes for a mini reception, and 1-hour for couple/family photography.

Our packages include 10 guests. Additional guests can be invited at a cost of $45/person up to a maximum of 50 people.

You can definitely have a wedding party! We’ll make sure there’s enough space at the front for them to stand with you.  On average, about half our couples have wedding parties.  Coordinating bridesmaid bouquets and groomsmen boutonnieres are available to add to your package.

Yes, we love pets! All of our wedding locations are pet-friendly.

Yes, you can either provide us with a music playlist for the processional, recessional, and reception or request live music as an add on to your wedding package.

You will receive a minimum of 150 full resolution, edited, professional photographs after your wedding day.

A professional photo shoot is part of every package so there is no need to bring another photographer. Keep in mind that we work with experienced wedding photographers so lower costs doesn’t mean less value for money. You always have the option to buy additional time with our photographer.

We completely understand your concern but we are totally confident you won’t feel rushed as 2-hours with us is plenty of time. The ceremony itself only takes 30-minutes, including signing all of the paperwork, so you have over 90-minutes to spend with your guests, enjoy a celebratory sip, and get some lovely candid portraits with our photographer. Remember, you don’t have to stop celebrating after you leave us!

We make your job really simple as we handle pretty much everything except for obtaining the marriage licence and rings (if you’ll be exchanging).

Yes, absolutely! You can still send your partner ahead as per normal and then walk down towards the ceremony location, as your processional song plays. We encourage you to let us know what you want, and we will try to find a way to fit it into your package. This is YOUR wedding day after all!

We think it’s a lovely idea to have the ceremony and then head somewhere for a celebratory dinner with your loved ones. The options are really endless. Our focus is to incorporate all the best bits of a traditional wedding ceremony, in a stress-free and budget-friendly way. We create a beautiful foundation allowing couples the flexibility to build on that.

We normally arrive three hours before the ceremony to setup and stay two hours after to tear down. We only accept one wedding reservation per day so you will have our undivided attention on your big day.

YAY!  We’re super excited to begin this journey together! Contact us to let us know which package you would like to book and we’ll send you a contract to sign along with an invoice for 50% of the package cost. Once we receive your signed contract and payment, we’ll send you our wedding questionnaire to get things rolling!
