Do you charge an initial consultation?

Never, never, never. An initial consultation is just as crucial to us as it is to you!  It’s super important to figure out which package or combination works best for you, and to have a chance to make sure that we click.  We will be spending a lot of time together so let’s get to know each other and make sure that there’s no question left unanswered so we can get right to work for you.

How long does a pop-up wedding normally last?

We allocate two hours from start to finish with 30-minutes for the ceremony, 30-minutes for the mini reception, and 1-hour for couple/family photography.

How many guests am I allowed to invite?

Our packages include 10 guests. Additional guests can be invited at a cost of $45/person up to a maximum of 50 people.

Can I have a wedding party?

You can definitely have a wedding party! We’ll make sure there’s enough space at the front for them to stand with you.  On average, about half our couples have wedding parties.  Coordinating bridesmaid bouquets and groomsmen boutonnieres are available to add to your package.

Can we bring our pets?

Yes, we love pets! All of our pop-up wedding locations are pet friendly.

Can we choose the music?

Yes, you can either provide us with a music playlist for the processional and mini reception or request live music as add on to your wedding package.

How many photographs will I get?

You will receive a minimum of 300 full resolution, edited, professional photographs after your wedding day.

Can we bring our own photographer?

A professional photo shoot is part of every package so there is no need to bring another photographer. Keep in mind that we work with experienced wedding photographers so lower costs don’t mean less value for money. You always have the option to buy additional time with the photographer as an add on.

Won’t our wedding be too rushed?

We completely understand your concern but we are totally confident you won’t feel rushed as 2-hours with us is plenty of time. The ceremony itself only takes 30-minutes, including signing all of the paperwork, so you have over 90-minutes to spend with your guests, enjoy a celebratory sip, and get some lovely candid portraits with our photographer. Remember, you don’t have to stop celebrating after you leave us!

What do we need to bring on our wedding day?

We make your job really simple as we handle pretty much everything except for obtaining the marriage licence and rings (if you’ll be exchanging).

Will there be a grand entrance?

Yes, absolutely! You can still send your partner ahead as per normal and then walk down towards the ceremony location, as your processional song plays. We encourage you to let us know what you want, and we will try to find a way to fit it into your package. This is YOUR wedding day after all!

What about dinner, can we still do this?

We think it’s a lovely idea to have the ceremony and then head somewhere for a celebratory dinner with your loved ones. The options are really endless. Our focus is to incorporate all the best bits of a traditional wedding ceremony, in a stress-free and budget-friendly way. We create a beautiful foundation allowing couples the flexibility to build on that.

How many hours will you be at the event?

We normally arrive three hours before the ceremony to setup and stay two hours after to tear down. We only accept one wedding reservation per day so you will have our undivided attention on your big day.

I am ready to book, now what?

YAY!  We’re super excited to begin this journey together! Contact us to let us know which package you would like to book and we’ll send you a contract to sign along with an invoice for 50% of the package cost. Once we receive your signed contract and payment we’ll send you our wedding questionnaire to get things rolling!
