At Pop-Up Wedding Ottawa we believe your wedding day should be the most magical, wonderful day of your life, and you should enjoy it stress-free. That is why we have a simple five-step process to keep worry and pressure from interfering with your special day.
Pick your pop-up wedding date and time
Just as in a traditional wedding, you have to pick a date and time that you and your partner want to get married. It can be over the weekend or weekday. You pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and sign a contract to reserve. The balance is due 14 days before your wedding date.
Pick your pop-up wedding experience
Once the day and time is set, you’ll receive a planning questionnaire to start the process. This questionnaire will help us plan your wedding’s essentials such as photography, officiant, florals, and decor. This step is crucial because it helps us understand what memories, values, and moments you cherish.
Marriage licence and RSVPs
To make things official, you will need to get your marriage licence by following the correct procedure set by the Government of Ontario. If you would like to invite a small number of guests to witness your special ceremony, you will send out wedding invites.
Connect with vendors
We’ll personally connect you with your pre-selected vendors including your officiant and photographer so you can discuss all the important details including your vows and photos you want captured. You will get to know your pop-up wedding team ensuring you are comfortable on your big day. Don’t worry, your Day of Wedding Coordinator will be with you every step of the way to make sure the entire process is easy and stress-free.
It’s pop-up time!
You don’t need to worry over the little details as we’ll take care of these things. All you need to do is pop-up and have a good time. The photographer will be at work while you enjoy the ceremony. You can mingle with the guests at the mini-reception thereafter and voila, you’re officially off the singles’ market.
