Our mission at Pop-Up Wedding Ottawa is to help take the stress out of getting married so couples can create a celebration worthy of their love. While we can’t bring your closest family and friends together, we do have a stress-free elopement package for you. In the old days, eloping meant running off to the courthouse on your lunch hour to quickly sign some paperwork. These days an elopement can be so much more. Couples still can get dressed up and choose a beautiful spot to say their I do’s. For an elopement, the focus is always on the couple and their commitment to one another – exactly where the focus should be!
We are committed to working with you to create a ceremony that is unique to your relationship and personalized to meet the tone and style of what you both envision for your ceremony.
Package Includes:
- Your private venue or public area (2 hours)
- 30-minute wedding ceremony
- An officiant and your choice of ceremony style
- Professional photographer to capture wedding and portrait session after (2 hours)
- Edited, high-resolution images delivered via online gallery
- Personal flowers (bouquet & boutonnière or two of each for same-sex couples)
- Decor including arch, chairs, and aisle arrangement
- Post wedding toast with guests (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink selection)
- Signing table set
- Welcome sign – “Welcome to Our Wedding”
- Ceremony + reception music via two wireless speakers
- Up to 10 guests allowed
- In-person venue visit in advance of wedding day with Day of Coordinator
- Photographer and Day of Coordinator can be the witness if necessary
