With an old-school wooden bandstand, numerous wooden foot bridges, a unique windmill and a lighthouse, the park offers a charming throwback to the past and a picturesque backdrop to any wedding. A small but beautiful man-made waterfall also adds to the parks charm with water cascading over a large red rock and flowing into a small marsh – it truly is a sight to soak in.
Did we also mention that there is an artificial lake and “islands” in this park? Where you have a lake and islands, you will have unique wooden foot bridges! With tall pine trees, diverse greenery and manicured lawns, Andrew Haydon Park’s natural scene and relaxed atmosphere, coupled with its convenient location, makes it a wonderful place to exchange wedding vows.
