Pop the Knot Events 2023!
Do you dream of an elegant wedding, but feel overwhelmed with the stress of wedding planning and the exorbitant cost? Ditch the hassle with a pop-up wedding – a beautiful celebration where the planning is done, the price is right, and the headaches are non-existent.
Our Pop the Knot 2023 ceremonies allow you to get married at a fraction of our regular cost. Our talented team of local wedding professionals set up a beautiful and wonderfully detailed ceremony space in a private venue and invite a maximum of 4 different couples – with up to 10 guests – to make use of the infrastructure, décor and venue at 4 different ceremony times of the day.
Although the fixed costs is shared between the 3 couples, you will never share your time with another couple as we only reuse the infrastructure, décor, and venue – with extensive cleaning in between.
At Pop Up Wedding Ottawa, we make getting married easy. We will do all of the planning, sourcing and coordinating for each Pop the Knot 2023 event and each will come with a predetermined look and feel plus a dedicated team of local wedding professionals.
All pop-up weddings include:
- Exclusive use of venue (1 hour)
- 30-minute wedding ceremony
- An officiant and your choice of ceremony style
- Professional photographer to capture wedding and portrait session after (2 hours)
- Edited, high-resolution images delivered via online gallery
- Ceremony decor
- Personal flowers (bouquet & boutonnière or two of each for same-sex couples)
- Post wedding toast with guests (alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic options depending on venue)
- Small wedding cake to enjoy with guests
- Signing table set
- Welcome sign – “Welcome to Our Wedding”
- Photographer and Day of Coordinator can be the witness if necessary
- Up to 10 guests allowed
Note: Additional guests can be invited at a cost of $45/person up to a maximum of 50 people.
