TikTok’s “Wedding Dress Challenge’ is the wholesome fun we need right now as former brides wear their old wedding dresses to surprise their partners. Some are doing it with the intention to record their spouse’s surprised and heartwarming reactions while others are taking on the challenge to see if they still fit in their wedding dresses. The videos are usually set to Bruno Mars’ hit song “Marry You.” While the trend started earlier in 2020, it gained more traction as quarantine went on. In search for a cure to boredom, it seems that plenty of brides took to their closets to relive their wedding day.
